Sun Parlor Property started with a simple observation: homeowners need dependable exterior care they can trust. We built our work around doing the job once and doing it right — starting with gutters, downspouts, and the details that protect a home.
Word spread fast. Homeowners started asking us to take care of their driveways, windows, roofs, and exterior washing too. It became clear that Windsor-Essex homeowners wanted one trusted local crew they could call for all of it — not a different company for every job.
So we grew. Today Sun Parlor Property handles full exterior care: gutter replacement, downspouts, leaf guard installation, house washing, window cleaning, roof washing, driveway and walkway pressure washing, gutter cleaning starting at $149, and driveway stenciling.
